We are particularly specialized in Endoscopy. Using the latest advanced systems, we provide gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures designed to be as comfortable and pain-free as possible.
As your local primary care provider (family doctor), we maintain strong partnerships with nearby specialized and university hospitals. 4. Financial Information: Insurance & Payment Policies (关于医疗保险与费用结算的详细说明)
■ Health Insurance Coverage / 关于医疗保险
We accept all forms of Japanese Public Health Insurance. Please ensure you present your physical insurance card or digital Myna-portal ID at the reception desk.
本院接受各种日本国民健康保险。就诊时请务必携带并出示您的健康保险证。
■ Payment Methods & Guidelines / 支付细则
To ensure a smooth checkout, please note our payment policy:
Cash Only (Japanese Yen): Payments for standard consultations (such as treatment for colds, lifestyle-related diseases, etc.) must be settled in Cash. We currently do not support QR code or credit card payments for these routine visits.
Credit Card Exceptions: We accept credit card payments ONLY for Endoscopic procedures and Private (Self-pay) consultations for those without Japanese health insurance.
仅限日元现金： 一般诊疗（如感冒、慢性病等）仅支持现金支付。此类诊疗暂不支持信用卡或电子支付。
可使用信用卡的特殊情况： 仅在进行内窥镜检查，或不使用日本保险的自费诊疗时，支持信用卡付款。
■ Cost Estimates for Self-Pay Patients / 自费诊疗费用参考
English: For patients without Japanese health insurance, the initial consultation fee typically ranges from ¥5,000 to ¥10,000. Please note that total costs may vary based on additional tests or prescriptions.
中文： 若您没有日本健康保险，初诊费用大约在 5,000至10,000日元 之间。最终费用将根据检查内容和处方情况有所调整。
5. Step-by-Step Guide to Your Visit (您的就诊流程指引：从预约到取药)
1. Scheduling Your Appointment / 预约挂号
We recommend booking in advance via our website or telephone to minimize your waiting time.
为减少您的等候时间，建议您通过官方网站或电话提前预约。
2. What to Bring / 携带资料
Please remember to bring your Japanese Health Insurance card (or a valid photo ID) and Japanese Yen for payment.
就诊当日，请务必携带日本健康保险证（或带照片的有效身份证件）以及日元现金。
3. Check-in & Multilingual Intake / 签到与问诊
Upon arrival, our staff will provide you with a medical questionnaire available in English, Chinese, and other languages to ensure an accurate diagnosis.
到院后，工作人员将为您提供中、英、日等多语种问诊票。请详细填写您的症状，以便医生做出准确判断。
4. Consultation with Specialists / 专家诊察
You will meet with our internal medicine or dermatology specialist to discuss your health concerns in detail.
由内科或皮肤科的专业医生为您进行详细诊察。如果您有任何不安，请随时向医生说明。
5. Settlement & Billing / 费用结算
After your consultation, please settle your bill at the reception. While we primarily accept Cash, Credit Cards are welcome for Endoscopy and Non-insurance (Self-pay) consultations.
诊察结束后请在柜台缴费。本院原则上仅限现金，但内窥镜检查及不使用保险的自费诊疗可支持信用卡支付。
6. Prescription & Pharmacy / 处方与取药
We provide "outside prescriptions." Please take your prescription to any nearby dispensing pharmacy to receive your medication.
本院采用“院外处方”。请持医生开具的处方笺，前往附近的药局购买药品。
